i have the pleasure to try out Ultrakam and I have a wonderful experience. The app is well design, user friendly, amazing 4K, video quality is impressive and its super easy to export raw videos to my computer without the snail itunes software. ultrakam rocks.

So far Im not happy with this app. It crashes when you try to render high quality. Then when you export to camera roll it seems to only allow 1080 export not 4K. Ive made comparison videos and the native iPhone video app seems much clearer and provides more detail than this app. So far I feel ripped off. Stay away from this one.

This Ultrakam makes my iphone6 no different to the iphone6s, app works just fine & 4K shooting is awesome on the go. The only down point is my phone only has 3gb left available, I guess its time to upgrade lol

If youve been wondering about the filmmaking potential of the iP6 in comparison to the 6S, wonder no more. This is the $10 app to bring nice replacement to a $500 GoPro. A bit lack of intuitive guidance at first but working as claimed at last.

I have long time been a user of this app, things work like a charm as long as your device disk capacity is adequate lol which is no problem to my 128Gb phone. Im cool, and I even love the BT remote control app from the same dev, they always integrated quite well when I was offsite camping and shooting. Well, I guess there is nothing to complain so far ... just one BIG suggestion: hey! I have got the Apple Watch for months and isnt remote control from the watch way cooler and better than Bluetooth??? dev, what are you waiting for?

With an app like this, you can do more than just point and shoot. I shoot mostly music videos and if I do with a phone Im looking for more control over resolution settings. This app was easy to get started with and can actually replace a professional camera when you are off-work

this is a great camera by an inspired developer it isnt for quick snaps - the depth of features means there are lots of setting and controls. the complaining thing is not being able to save 4k resolution videos directly to camera roll but via web transfer to computer! actually its not really a glitch but one step saved for me.

Crashes after 2 seconds. iPhone 6 Plus. If you buy this app, there’s a strong possibility you will waste your money. Because it crashes, it does not save any video to the file. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times. I can’t find any information on the web about why this is happening. Extremely disappointed. It looks like the app was working at one point. Here’s hoping that the developer finds a fix.

I love Legos. Its my main hobby. I got this app to try stop motion in high resolution but I soon learned it does so much more. Who cant love it?

Im glad to see the developers have been working hard to improve the stability of the app. Was crashing like crazy on my iPhone6 but now working excellently. Im not having any issues getting it to record videos. Love all the options and features.

everything is fine except that I cant save 4K videos to photo library, only 1080p. what a shame! overall Im inspired to what this app does, a good piece of software and great integrating with Ultrakam remote control, I purchased both and they work as claimed.

I shot some test videos outdoor with this app (and with the BlueTooth remote companion app) and the results were beyond my expectation, also the slide to focus was really cool. Too shame you cant export the 4k to camera roll but its Apple to be blamed.

a hint to stay away from crashing that is sticking to the presets, actually just keep your shooting not bigger than 50mb/s then it should be fine. With that said, this app really does the job with producing high quality footages on my iPhone 6+. I mean Im not gonna compare it to some flagship hardware cameras but what you get for 10 bucks is just great!

Got the new iphone6s+ with 4k camera. its quite annoying to come to the setting app all the time to switch between 4k and normal. ultrakam app solved it, and with even more cool settings/control. And the bundle of cinecolor and bt remove apps make great shooting experience! very nice

honestly, it does exactly what I was hoping it would do. plain and simple. no real issues, sometime it freezes up a tad when you go between really slow and really fast in slow mo mode but no real issue at all. cool app, easy to use

app never crashes yet, end user friendly with simple but professional UI, I really like that. So far this is the only app that gives me an effective way to export the full resolution or raw videos although the steps are complex and time-consuming. I confirm its real 4K. Worth the bucks!

Bought for sole reason , direct 4K YouTube video upload, however feature does not work. Will test more but error results from YouTube sign in results in "website invalid error". I will update review if feature becomes active.

to me 1080p videos offer sufficient detail, but 4k? well I hope the added detail will make everything look sharper and clearer. This Ultrakam absolutely does the job, you wont see the difference when previewing directly with your phone screen, pull it to your computer with 4K display or a real 4K TV then you will see the magic just for $10. awesome!
